Sign up today for the new bootcamp programs coming to the club! These new programs will be led by new personal trainer, Andy, and are going to take your workout to the next level! Andy will be giving a quick 30 minute overview of these two programs at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, September 14th and at 7 p.m. on Monday, September 21st. The programs will begin on Monday, September 28th and will run for 6 consecutive weeks.
"Learn to Master your Body Weight" will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday...time to be determined. "Introduction to Running and Endurance" will be offered Monday and Wednesday (and some Fridays). Sign up for one today!
