Foods to Eat

More than any sane person should, I ask myself every day, "What should I eat?"  

This is a list of 1 things you should be eating that, most likely, you are not eating.  Who ever says, "Yeah, I have to eat some more pumpkin seeks today?" Read this. Are you going to eat all of the food on this list? For 95% of us, probably not. But if you eat just one these, just one, you are going to be just a little bit healthier.  In my mind, the easiest to throw on your list: pumpkin seeds.  The are loaded with protein and fiber. A great way to get 2010 rolling!
