Healthy eating is confusing. We have been hearing now for a while that milk is bad. We are the only species that keeps drinking milk, blah, blah, blah. Now a new study that chocolate milk drinkers see great improvements in their aerobic fitness levels compared to a control group on a carbohydrate drink or water.
I don't know what to make of this. Is chocolate milk good for you? One thing to keep in mind: this University of Texas study was co-sponsored by the Milk Processor Education Program. So they certainly have some skin in the game. So who knows? But who knows?
