Read this. Are you going to eat all of the food on this list?  For 95% of us, probably not.  But if you eat just one these, just one, you are going to be just a little bit healthier. &nbsp;In my mind, the easiest to throw on your list: pumpkin seeds. &nbsp;The are loaded with protein and fiber.         <![CDATA[The<a href="http://www.ajc.com/business/most-companies-stick-with-199087.html"> Atlanta Journal Constitution</a> reports that employers are not holding back on investing in health and wellness plans for its employees. &nbsp;<div><br /></div><div>Why is health and wellness for employees apparently recession proof? &nbsp;Did you renew your health insurance this year? &nbsp;Most companies - including Club One Fitness as of last month are spending more and more (and more) on health related costs. &nbsp;Employers are starting to look at the big picture and invest more in the health of their employees. &nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>At Club One, we are in a huge office complex right off of Route 97 on Benfield Road. &nbsp;Let's be honest: the recession has not been good to us. &nbsp;But more and more companies are getting their employees and paying for or subsidizing their health club memberships. &nbsp;This is a great development for us and a great development for keeping employee costs down by having healthier employees.</div>]]>
